If an earlier appointment becomes available, you will be notified via text or email depending on the contact information you provided.
We use a highly effective client notification system, so you will be reminded of your appointment by email and text several times.
Scheduling Policy
We value your time, and we ask the same courtesy and respect of you in return! Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring a tailored experience. To accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed without 24 hours notice, will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Life happens, and we get it, but timely communication helps us continue delivering exceptional service to everyone.

To make changes to your appointment, kindly use the automated confirmation text sent 48 hours before your appointment, or call/text us directly at (912)-222-3534. Email cancellations are excluded as an acceptable method.
